The app is essential, to accepting, preparing and communicating with your customers that their order is ready for collection or delivery.
Orders will download onto the app, every minute. To accept an incoming order:
Tap the accept button.
By tapping this button you are accepting payment and also confirming to the customer that you can fulfil their order.
If you do not tap accept, the order will not progress to the “To Do” section.
If you cannot fulfil an order, you must reject it. This insures that the money is not moved from the customers account and that they get a notification of the cancelled order.
To reject the order:
Tap the bin symbol.
Type or tap the reason.
Tap reject.
To find out more about a customer, for delivery or contact purposes:
Tap on their name.
Their full name, email, phone number and depending on the order type, a delivery map will be displayed.
You want to email the customer, tap there email address and a email form will pop up.
When an order is ready and its available to be collected or delivered:
Tap “Ready”.
Tapping “Ready” allows it to move to the “To Collect” or “To Deliver” area, in which a collection or delivery code will be displayed.
When preparing an order:
Tap the “Prepare?” button.
This lets others know that this order is being taken care of. To undo this action, tap the button again.
When a order for collection is “Ready”, it moves to the "To Collect" section. A collection code is generated.
The customer collecting their order will be able to show you the matching code.
Tap “Collected”, when the order is picked up. This will move the order details to the “Thumbs Up” section.
When a order for delivery is “Ready”, it moves to the "To Deliver" section. A delivery code is generated.
The customer receiving their order will be able to display the matching code.
Tap “Delivered”, when the order is delivered to the customer. This will move the order details to the “Thumbs Up” section.
If an order needs to be refunded after accepting it, tap “Refund”.
This will automatically refund the customers order.
